My partner was visible on the lookout for films to the next day and has the so-called MEGAVIDEO download / megaupload now when I watch streaming video is cut off after 72min and say that I have to wait one hours to continue. I searched my computer tries to find a program to remove, but I can not find him. This does not happen often. How do I get rid of it?

I assure you, this is not independent of their partner. MEGAVIDEO changed its policy a few months ago and this is why you have an allowance of 72 minutes. If you have an account (members), they will always happen.
If you have members (paid service and you are not a free user account), then all they have to do is go on YouTube and automatically remove the limit of 72 minutes.
Otherwise, depending on where you found the link when it comes time to observe 72 minutes, YouTube quickly close and open the connection again, which seems the waiting time to around 25 minutes and reduce sometimes less. (It does not work all the time)
Open Add / Remove Programs and remove it. You may need it in Safe Mode for best results
Restart the computer while holding down the F8 key. In the Advanced menu, select Safe Mode and press Enter
